About Us

The Networking Referral Group of Rochester evolved from a group of business professionals who were already meeting together and who found themselves in search of a more fun and less formal (and less expensive) way of sharing business referrals and leads while getting the word out about their own businesses. What could be more fun than a group with the initials NRG! and what better way to get the word out than with top-ranking Web sites for the members that are included FREE with membership!

Of course any group has to have officers to run it, but this energetic group prefers to call its officers the Referralheads!

After some open networking with coffee, bagels, doughnuts and muffins, each meeting is opened with some inspiring words from the Marketing Magician!

We then go around the room and each attendee is given the opportunity to motivate the group to seek out referrals and leads for them. One member then gives the in-depth “feature presentation” about his or her business and we then share referrals and leads with each other before closing the meeting with an energetic sendoff.
