Matthew Mix, Esq. - Associate

Matthew Mix is an associate in the firm of Gould, Peck, Metzler & Cognata LLP. Almost exclusively, the firm specializes in matrimonial and family court matters, such as divorce, custody, visitation, support, domestic violence and other family related matters. As a former Assistant District Attorney, Matthew handles a wider variety of legal matters. In addition to the matters identified above, he also assists clients with adoptions, felony criminal matters, misdemeanor criminal matters, criminal violations, vehicle and traffic matters, residential real estate transactions for buyers and sellers, and occasional civil action and surrogate matters.

With offices in Rochester and Canadaigua, legal services can easily be provided to clients who have matters pending in Monroe, Ontario, Yates, Livingston, Wayne, and Orleans counties.
