Bruins Inspections started in 1998 and specializes in residential home inspections.  Services include buyer inspections, seller (prelist) inspections, wellness inspections, and radon testing.  The company serves the greater Rochester, NY area plus six surrounding counties.  To help busy clients, inspections can be scheduled for a Saturday as well as weekdays.  The company takes pride in giving personal service and explaining results in understandable terms.  David Bruins is a New York State licensed professional engineer and licensed home inspector with more than 40 years of experience.
